Obverse description Right-facing bust of Constantine I rendered in high relief, wearing a combined laurel and rosette diadem, draped paludamentum over the left shoulder, and cuirassed armor with visible pteryges at the neckline. The emperor's portrait conveys a commanding, idealised profile characteristic of Constantinian court style. The encircling Latin legend is divided across the field, reading CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG. The flan is irregular, as is typical of hammered late Roman bronze issues of this period.
