| Obverse description | Right-facing bust of Constantine I, rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed, rendered in the late Roman imperial style characteristic of the Constantinian period. The emperor's effigy displays a prominent rosette diadem with pearl-like ornaments across the brow, above closely cropped hair. The paludamentum is visible at the shoulder, fastened over the cuirass, conveying both civilian and military authority. The surrounding field carries the imperial legend CONSTANTI-NVS MAX AVG in Latin capitals, distributed on both sides of the bust. |
