Between the two figures stand two military standards, with a christogram cross (Chi-Rho or plain cross) prominently displayed between them, reflecting Constantinian religious symbolism. The reverse legend GLOR-IA EXERC-ITVS is distributed across the field, and the exergue contains the officina mark and mintmark identifying the Aquileia mint. |
