Obverse description Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constans facing right, wearing a pearl diadem and military paludamentum over armour. The effigy is rendered in the standard late Roman imperial style, with finely engraved striated drapery folds visible at the shoulder. The circumferential Latin legend reads CONSTANS P F AVG, beginning at the upper left and running clockwise around the portrait. A beaded border frames the entire design.

Reverse description Two Victories, each winged and draped, stand facing one another at centre, jointly holding a wreath or shield inscribed VOT / X / MVLT / XX between them. Each Victory holds a palm branch in her outer hand. The mint mark appears in the exergue, indicating the Siscia workshop. The circumferential legend VICTORIAE DD AVGG Q NN runs around the periphery, and the entire design is enclosed within a beaded border.
