| Obverse description | Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Constans facing right, wearing a pearl diadem and military paludamentum over armour. The effigy is rendered in the standard late Roman imperial style, with finely engraved striated drapery folds visible at the shoulder. The circumferential Latin legend reads CONSTANS P F AVG, beginning at the upper left and running clockwise around the portrait. A beaded border frames the entire design. |
