The reverse legend FEL TEMP REPARATIO encircles the design, while the exergue bears the mint mark of the Siscia mint. The composition reflects the ambitious propagandistic programme launched under Constans and Constantius II in AD 348 to commemorate the eleven-hundredth anniversary of Rome. |
