Within an oval studded with small crosses, Saint Louis de Gonzague, haloed and facing front, stands facing left, holding Jesus on the cross with both hands. At the exergue, in a medallion, the symbol of the Society of Jesus (Monogram of Christ), of which Saint Aloysius was a member. Latin legend all around, in a four-lobed floral design. |
