Temesa was a Bruttian coastal settlement in what is now Calabria, occupied by both Italic and Greek populations at various points — its coinage is sparse enough that attributed pieces turn up almost exclusively in major European collections rather than the trade. The Jameson and Basel AMB references here are among the handful of anchoring citations for this type; without them, attribution would be genuinely contested.
