| Obverse description | Aphrodite depicted standing in three-quarter view to the left, her figure draped, leaning against a column positioned to the right; beside the column, the winged figure of Eros stands in three-quarter view to the right. In the lower field, a tunny fish is shown swimming to the left, serving as the civic badge of Kyzikos. The composition is rendered in the refined archaic-to-classical Greek style characteristic of Kyzikene electrum coinage. |

| Reverse description | Quadripartite incuse square occupying the full reverse field, divided by raised ridges into four recessed triangular compartments, a hallmark technique of archaic Greek hammered coinage. The incuse is deeply struck and irregular in outline, consistent with the hand-struck production methods of Kyzikene electrum fractions of the 5th–4th centuries BC. |
