Obverse description Draped bust of Pope Clement XI facing right, wearing the camauro and mozetta, depicted in a robust baroque portrait style typical of early 18th-century papal coinage. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine drapery detail on the vestments. The encircling Latin legend reads CLEMENS XI PONT MAX, separated by small star ornaments, running along the inner border of a finely milled edge.
