The entire design is contained within a quadrilobe, with additional fleurs-de-lis set in the four spandrels between the lobes, creating a richly ornamental Gothic framework. The reverse legend, running around the outer border, bears the triumphal Christological acclamation in abbreviated Gothic script. |
