| Obverse description | Diademed and veiled bust of the deified Queen Arsinoe II facing right, her hair arranged in curled locks beneath a stephane adorned with dotted ornament, a long veil falling behind the neck and shoulders. The effigy is rendered in fine Hellenistic style with delicate facial modeling. No legend appears on the obverse. |
