Obverse description The obverse field is entirely occupied by bold raised Arabic calligraphy executed in a fluid Naskh script, presenting the Kalima Shahada (Islamic profession of faith) prominently across the central zone. The legend reads 'La ilaha illallah, Muhammadur rasulullah' (There is no god but God, Muhammad is the messenger of God), arranged in multiple registers filling the coin's face. A secondary marginal or inner border legend runs around the periphery in similarly raised script. The flan is irregular and slightly uneven, characteristic of hammered gold coinage of the early Mughal period. The overall presentation is purely epigraphic, with no figurative imagery, consistent with orthodox Islamic numismatic convention.
