| Obverse description | Central field displays a crowned heraldic device, likely a stylized lion or armorial charge, rendered in the crude, high-relief style characteristic of mid-fifteenth-century Low Countries hammered copper coinage. The central motif is set within a plain inner circle, with the surrounding field showing the typical irregular flan surface resulting from hand-striking.
