Reverse description A long cross pattée radiates from the center, its arms extending outward to intersect and break the inner beaded circle, dividing the field into four quarters. The surrounding legend is placed between the inner beaded circle and the outer rim. The cross design follows the Flemish mite prototype of Louis I, adapted as an imitative issue for the Lordship of Reckheim. The flan is irregular and slightly buckled, consistent with hand-hammered medieval copper striking.
