Reverse description Central relief features the draped bust of Liberty in right-facing profile, closely modeled after the U.S. Draped Bust coinage type, surrounded by a ring of fifteen stars and a milled inner border. The legend LIBERTY appears in the upper field; 200TH ANNIVERSARY arcs along the top rim; 1796-1996 is inscribed in the lower field; and DRAPED BUST COINAGE arcs along the bottom rim. The engraver's initials L.G. appear in the lower right of the field.
