Reverse description The arms of the Borough of Brighton displayed on a shield surmounted by a helmet and crest, enclosed within an oval laurel wreath. The legend IN COMMEMORATION OF QUEEN VICTORIA'S JUBILEE surrounds the upper portion, with BOROUGH OF BRIGHTON and REEVES MAYOR inscribed across the field, and the date 1887 in the lower exergue. A suspension hole is pierced at the top.
