| Obverse description | Uniformed bust of Kaiser Wilhelm II facing left, wearing a military uniform with epaulettes, fur-lined mantle, and numerous decorations including the Iron Cross and other orders, all in high relief. The name WILHELM II. and DEUTSCHER KAISER appear as an inner legend flanking the portrait, with two six-pointed stars at either side. Two lengthy quoted speeches in English are arranged in the outer legend around the rim, concluding with the date GUILDHALL, JULY, 10. 1891. |
