Medal - Vasile Lupu

Beschrijving voorzijde	Bust of Vasile Lupu in three-quarter view to the left, wearing traditional Moldavian robes and a large fur-trimmed hat, occupying the left portion of the field. The Three Holy Hierarchs Monastery in Iași is depicted in relief to the right. Vasile Lupu's princely seal appears in a beaded circle at lower right. The curved legend arcs along the upper rim, with the name 'Vasile Lupu' inscribed in the field to the upper left of the bust.

Beschrijving keerzijde	The Romanian coat of arms — a displayed eagle holding a sceptre and sword, bearing a quartered shield on its breast — is depicted in high relief at centre, superimposed over an outline map of Romania. A beaded inner circle frames the central design, surrounded by twelve five-pointed stars arranged around the periphery of the field.
