| Obverse description | Gilt irregular plaque-shaped medal featuring the stylized logo of the Trokut enterprise — a geometric triangle device with diagonal lines and the letters 'di' in relief — set within a square field. The name 'TROKUT' appears at the top and vertically along the right side, with 'NOVSKA' at the lower left and the anniversary dates '1949 - 1979' in the lower exergue.
