Obverse description Two kneeling male figures in high relief flank a large Belgian heraldic shield surmounted by a royal crown; the figure at left (Daladier) and at right (Chamberlain) each raise a hand toward the crown while jointly supporting the shield. The circular legend arcs around the upper field, with the word BELGIEN inscribed in the lower exergue.
