The Japanese imperial chrysanthemum seal appears in the upper field between the ovals, and a spray of UK national emblems — the Tudor rose, Scottish thistle, and shamrock — is depicted in the lower field between the ovals. The maker's initials D·C and the inscription MADE IN ENGLAND appear in the lower exergue. |
