| Obverse description | Against a polished black field, a central holographic relief depicts a coin press bearing the SPMD mint mark, flanked by two copper-inset medallions: to the left the obverse of the 50,000-ruble 2010 gold coin commemorating 150 years of the Bank of Russia, and to the right the reverse of the 25,000-ruble 2009 gold coin dedicated to the History of Monetary Circulation in Russia. Curved lines radiate from the press, and a small trophy figure appears in the lower field. Cyrillic legends arc along the upper and lower rim. |
