Obverse description Against a polished black field, a central holographic relief depicts a coin press bearing the SPMD mint mark, flanked by two copper-inset medallions: to the left the obverse of the 50,000-ruble 2010 gold coin commemorating 150 years of the Bank of Russia, and to the right the reverse of the 25,000-ruble 2009 gold coin dedicated to the History of Monetary Circulation in Russia.
