Obverse description Bare-headed bust of Robert Cutlar Fergusson in high relief facing left, with finely rendered hair and sideburns. The engraver's signature WL. OLESZCZYŃSKI. F. appears below the truncation. The surrounding legend is disposed in the field on either side of the effigy.

Obverse lettering NEC DEERUNT QUI MEMINERINT MEI
Reverse description Seven lines of dedicatory Latin inscription in relief within an oak wreath tied at the top with a rosette ornament. Below the wreath, the Polish coat of arms shield displays an eagle on the dexter side and a mounted knight (Pogoń) on the sinister side. The date appears in Roman numerals at the base of the inscription.
