The circular legend is arranged around the border in incuse lettering, partially inverted, forming a continuous poetic phrase.

Reverse description A cast relief depicting the hindquarters of a rotund pig viewed from the rear, its curled tail prominently rendered in high relief at the centre of the bulbous, textured body. The pig's trotters are visible at the lower edge. A circular legend runs around the border in incuse lettering, partially inverted to mirror the obverse, and the engraver's initials RD appear in the lower field.
