| Reverse description | The reverse features a polished black field within a shaped cartouche. At the top centre is the double-headed eagle emblem of the Russian Federation; flanking it are the dates 1945 and 2005. Below the state emblem is the central legend НАРОД-ПОБЕДИТЕЛЬ. In the lower portion of the cartouche is the coat of arms of Moscow depicting St. George on horseback slaying a dragon, flanked by two doves in flight. The mint mark and fineness designation Ag925 2OZ appear to the right of the shield. A circular legend runs along the outer rim of the medal. |
