Obverse description Central field features two juxtaposed busts: a laureate bust of Caesar facing left and an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, set within a double-ring border. To the right of the busts, a small vignette depicts a setting sun over water with a crown above, accompanied by the year 2000 and the legend 'NUMISMATICS IN THE MILLENNIUM'. The outer legend reads 'O.N.A. 38TH ANNUAL CONVENTION' at top and 'HOST: NORTH YORK COIN CLUB' at bottom, with 'P.P.' and 'R.F.' flanking the sides, and 'CAESAR AD I – 2000 AD ELIZABETH II' inscribed within the inner ring.
