| Obverse description | Central field features two juxtaposed busts: a laureate bust of Caesar facing left and an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, set within a double-ring border. To the right of the busts, a small vignette depicts a setting sun over water with a crown above, accompanied by the year 2000 and the legend 'NUMISMATICS IN THE MILLENNIUM'.
