Obverse description Rhombus-shaped klippa medallion with the right-facing bust of King Stanislaus Augustus in high relief at center, modeled after the royal effigy on the 1766 Polish coinage, surrounded by a circular legend. The four corners of the rhombus are decorated with crowned royal monograms in oval cartouches, and the dates 1766, 1924, 1952, and 1994 are inscribed along the diagonal sides. The fineness mark Ag999 appears in the lower field.

Reverse description Rhombus-shaped klippa reverse reproducing the design of the 1766 Polish 8-groszy coin, featuring the crowned Polish royal coat of arms with the quartered eagle and other heraldic devices, surrounded by a dotted inner circle and a circular legend. The outer border of the rhombus carries the commemorative inscription in large relief letters divided across the four sides. Depictions of mint tools and the MW mint mark appear in the corner triangles.
