Beschrijving voorzijde	Draped bust of Ludwika Karolina Radziwiłł in right-facing profile, wearing a pearl necklace and an elaborate curled coiffure, rendered in high relief. A circular Latin legend runs along the inner border, with a date inscription in the lower field reading T. 8 ANI 1675 D 27 FEB.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Allegorical scene depicting a view of the castle of Birże (labeled BIRSE) along a river in the middle ground, with birds in flight ascending toward rays of divine light in the upper left, and a broken tree stump with a shield at lower right. A two-line Latin inscription occupies the exergue, followed by a scriptural reference. The composition alludes to the orphaned state of the young princess.
