Reverse description A richly detailed allegorical scene in high relief depicts a helmeted Minerva, clad in breastplate and draped robes and holding a spear, shielding an infant Hercules who grapples with two serpents on the ground before her. To the right, a lion rears up aggressively but is restrained by Minerva's oval shield. The engraver's signature DUPRE appears at lower right in the field, and two dates are inscribed in the exergue in two lines.
