Reverse description An allegorical composition in high relief depicting a semi-draped female figure seated on a globe at left, her right arm outstretched, personifying the exposition or civilization; to the right, a winged putto holds an olive branch and a laurel wreath. In the background, the skyline of Antwerp with prominent towers and ship masts is visible in low relief. In the lower field, a painter's palette, a lyre, and other artistic attributes are scattered among additional figures. The engraver's signature CHARLES WIENER appears in the exergue.
