Obverse description The obverse features three six-pointed stars in relief arranged in a triangular formation at the centre of the mirror-polished field, representing the heraldic emblem of the Counts of Celje. A circular legend arcs around the upper and lower periphery, with the mint mark 'CZ' and fineness '925' inscribed in the lower exergue area flanked by the dates 1436–1456.

Reverse description The reverse displays a raised relief reproduction of a medieval bracteate or pfennig-type coin of the Counts of Celje, set against a dark mirror field. The depicted coin shows a heraldic shield surmounted by a helmet crest, with a stylised floral or foliate motif to the left, faithfully reproducing the irregular flan and worn relief of the original medieval piece.
