Obverse description Conjoined busts of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra in right-facing profile relief, the King bare-headed to the fore and the Queen wearing a crown behind. A sprig of laurel appears below the effigies. The circumferential legend is arranged within a toothed border, with a small Maltese cross at 12 o'clock separating the two names. A suspension hole is pierced at the top.

Obverse lettering KING EDWARD VII QUEEN ALEXANDRA
Reverse description The quartered coat of arms of Cradock occupies the central field, flanked on either side by ostrich plumes, and surmounted by a cornucopia crest. A scroll below the shield bears the motto PERSEVERANTIA VINCIT. The circumferential legend is arranged on a band with beaded borders inside and outside, reading TO COMMEMORATE THEIR MAJESTIES CORONATION above and JUNE 26TH 1902 below, the latter separated by stops. A suspension hole is pierced at the top.
