| Obverse description | Conjoined busts of King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra in right-facing profile relief, the King bare-headed to the fore and the Queen wearing a crown behind. A sprig of laurel appears below the effigies. The circumferential legend is arranged within a toothed border, with a small Maltese cross at 12 o'clock separating the two names. A suspension hole is pierced at the top. |

| Reverse description | The quartered coat of arms of Cradock occupies the central field, flanked on either side by ostrich plumes, and surmounted by a cornucopia crest. A scroll below the shield bears the motto PERSEVERANTIA VINCIT. The circumferential legend is arranged on a band with beaded borders inside and outside, reading TO COMMEMORATE THEIR MAJESTIES CORONATION above and JUNE 26TH 1902 below, the latter separated by stops. A suspension hole is pierced at the top. |
