Obverse description The obverse features a right-facing bust of Eva Kløvstad wearing a military beret and uniform, with engraver's initials ES visible in the lower right field. To the left, a group of armed soldiers marches in relief, above which appears the designation D-25, and in the lower field a typewriter keyboard is depicted in relief. The circular legend reads FØRST BLANT LIKEMENN and EVA KLØVSTAD along the border.

Reverse description The reverse displays a large V-for-Victory symbol in bold relief at the centre, upon which the crowned Norwegian lion rampant is superimposed. A horizontal banner across the centre of the V bears the dates 1940-1945. The design is flanked by two olive or laurel branches tied at the base, and the arc legend KAMPEN FOR FRIHET curves along the upper border.
