| Obverse description | The central field features a large anchor in relief, overlaid with a scrolled document inscribed 'УКАЗ ПЕТРА I' (Decree of Peter I), flanked by the dates 1722 and 1972. The anchor is encircled by a decorative chain border. The engraver's name БАЛАБАНОВ and the LMD mint mark appear at the lower center. A circular Cyrillic legend reading ИЖОРСКИЕ АДМИРАЛТЕЙСКИЕ ЗАВОДЫ runs along the upper and lower rim. |
