Reverse description The flat field bears a nine-line Dutch inscription in raised lettering recording the inauguration of the Royerssluis canal and harbour dock on 15 August 1907, with the names of the mayor, aldermen, and secretary. A rayed six-pointed star ornament appears at the top of the field, three small rosette ornaments are placed below the inscription, and the maker's name 'BAETES' appears in the exergue.
