背面描述	The entire reverse field is filled with a multi-line commemorative inscription in raised relief recording the decree and inauguration of the Naval School, naming President Augusto B. Leguía, Minister of War and Navy J. M. de la Torre, and Commission President Enrique Oyanguren. A dotted border runs around the inner circumference, and the date 15 de Setiembre de 1912 appears along the lower edge.
