背面描述	The entire reverse field is occupied by a fifteen-line Romanian commemorative inscription recording the foundation of the harbour works in 1872 during the reign of Carol I, naming the President of the Council and Minister of the Interior L. Catargi, the Minister of Public Works N. Kretzulesku, the Mayor Colonel C. Petrescu, and the municipal councillors responsible for the project.
