| Obverse description | Gilt bust of Admiral Fyodor Ushakov in military uniform with decorations, facing slightly left, occupying the right portion of the field. To the left, in silver relief, a sailing warship at sea. The Cyrillic legend arcs along the upper left border, with the dates 1744–1817 along the right border. The piece features a two-tone finish with gold gilding on the portrait and silver on the remaining devices. |

| Reverse description | St. George on horseback in high relief, thrusting a lance downward into a coiled dragon beneath the horse's hooves, set against a dark mirror field. The Cyrillic series legend arcs along the upper border. Below the central device, a decorative geometric band separates the lower exergue, which bears the mint mark (ММД logo), fineness and weight inscription, and two small hallmark punches. |
