Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse depicts a semicircular panoramic scene of rugged Arctic mountains in the upper field, separated by a horizontal line from the lower field. Below, a whale surfaces at left, a polar bear strides at right, and at center a crowned naval anchor with a rope entwined around the shank dominates the composition. The legend curves along the lower rim in relief.
