Obverse description Conjoined busts left of King George V and Queen Mary, both wearing crowns, in high relief against a flat field. The legend curves around the upper portion of the medal, with an additional presentation inscription running along the rim reading 'PRESENTED BY W.M. MIDDLEBROOK M.P. LORD MAYOR OF LEEDS & TO COUNCILLOR A.H. MILNER' and '+ JUNE + 1911' at the base.

Reverse description Two allegorical female figures in high relief flank a central tablet bearing the commemorative inscription; the left figure is seated holding a scroll, the right figure raises an olive branch. Above the tablet, the crowned Royal Arms of the United Kingdom are displayed flanked by laurel branches. A ribbon scroll below bears the motto 'DIEU ET MON DROIT'. The word 'BRONZE' appears incuse at the very base of the field.
