Reverse description The Arms of Belfast displayed centrally with full supporters: a crowned horse rampant to the left and a seahorse to the right, with a seahorse crest above the shield. The shield depicts bells above and a sailing ship below. A ribbon scroll below the arms bears the city motto in two parts flanking the maker's cartouche with hallmarks. The circular legend surrounds the upper field, and the date 22ND JUNE 1911 appears in the lower portion. The retailer's name NEILL LTD. appears at the very bottom.
