| Obverse description | Conjoined busts of King George V and Queen Mary to left in high relief, George V in military uniform with epaulettes and decorations, Queen Mary slightly in front. The effigies are set within a beaded inner border flanked by laurel sprays, with a circular legend around the periphery. A suspension hole is pierced at the top of the medal. |
