Reverse description Cumberland depicted as a standing Roman warrior in full armour, extending an olive branch toward a seated allegorical figure of Britannia, who holds a spear and rests beside a shield bearing the English lions and a volume inscribed BIBLIA SACRA. Defeated arms and armour lie scattered in the lower field. The legend arcs around the upper border, with the date MDCCXLV in the exergue and the engraver's signature below.
