To his left, a kneeling putto scatters flowers on the ground. To his right, a flaming altar is visible in the background. A Latin legend arcs around the upper border, and a four-line dedicatory inscription in the exergue below a horizontal dividing line records the marriage of Juliane Marie of Brunswick to the king on 8 July 1752. |
