Reverse description An allegorical female figure, crowned and draped in classical robes, stands in high relief holding an infant in her right arm and an orb surmounted by a radiant phoenix in her left hand, symbolising dynastic continuity. At her side stands a large elephant, the heraldic symbol of Denmark, and at her feet rests a crowned orb bearing the Danish coat of arms. A five-line Latin inscription appears in the exergue below a ruled line, with the legend AUGUSTAE DOMUS PERPETUITAS arranged across the upper field. The engraver's initials I.G.W. are visible at the lower right of the scene.
