Reverse description A ceremonial altar in high relief bears the crowned royal monogram of Frederik IV flanked by laurel branches; upon the altar rest the Crown of Denmark, a globus cruciger, and a sceptre crossed with a sword, symbolising royal authority. Above, rays emanate from a radiant sun enclosing the Hebrew name of God (יהוה), and the commemorative legend is divided between the left and right fields with the date inscription in the exergue.
