Reverse description The seated statue of Abraham Lincoln as depicted in the Lincoln Memorial is rendered in high relief at center, flanked on both sides by large raised lettering filling the field with a passage from the Gettysburg Address. Attribution to Abraham Lincoln and the date 1863 appear in the lower field, with the legend identifying the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. inscribed along the lower border.
