| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse presents a high-relief, fully colourised depiction of a stylised foal in a cartoonish manner, rendered in warm amber and deep copper tones, with an elaborately decorated body featuring traditional East Asian scrollwork and Greek-key motifs on the hooves. The flowing mane and tail are highlighted in rich orange-red, and the piece is shaped as a silhouette following the contour of the horse figure, giving it a distinctive non-circular form. |
