Reverse description The official Canadian Centennial emblem occupies the central field, depicting a stylized maple leaf formed by eleven interlocking triangles in low relief. A bilingual circular legend surrounds the emblem, with the English text in the upper arc and the French text in the lower arc, separated by the dates 1867 and 1967. The die-maker's name CAM ART DIES appears in the lower exergue. A beaded border frames the design.
