Obverse description The obverse displays the enamelled coat of arms of Eboli in the centre, featuring a divided shield with a blue chief bearing three red flames, a brown field with a river motif, and a blue base, surmounted by a civic mural crown. The arms are flanked by crossed laurel and oak branches below and by two interlaced chain-link ornaments at either side. The legend arcs along the upper and lower rim.

Reverse description The reverse depicts a large tambourine displayed on a stylised stand, upon which a female folk dancer in traditional costume is seated, with a male dancer standing above her, both rendered in relief. Below the central device, the commemorative inscription appears in five lines within the lower field. The engravers' signatures 'SALVASNO R.' and 'DI ROSA AVA' are incised in the field.
